π Real Fruit Gummy Candy Recipe
A super simple, cute and healthy treat made with just fruit, honey, and gelatin. No weird stuff—just clean ingredients and good vibes only π
π Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries (or any fruit you like)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (more or less depending on your taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
- A little water to rinse the fruit
π΄ How to Make It:
- Wash the fruit
Rinse your frozen fruit under water to get rid of any ice and clean it up a bit. - Blend it
Toss it in the blender and blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, you can add a tiny splash of water. - Strain it
Pour the blended fruit through a fine strainer to remove the seeds and pulp—just to keep it nice and smooth. - Heat it gently
Pour the juice into a small pot. Add honey and vanilla, then warm it up on low heat while stirring.
Don’t let it boil—just heat it enough to melt the honey and mix everything together. - Add the gelatin
Turn off the heat, then sprinkle in the gelatin little by little while whisking quickly.
Mix until it’s fully dissolved and smooth. - Pour into molds
Let it cool for a few minutes (not too long or it’ll start setting), then pour the mixture into your cute silicone molds (or any container you have!). - Refrigerate
Pop it in the fridge for about 2 hours or until it’s nice and firm. - Enjoy!
Once it’s set, take them out of the molds and enjoy your homemade fruity gummy candies ππ¬
✨ Notes:
- You can use mixed fruits like berries, mango, or anything you love.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice for a fun tangy twist!
- Keep them in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
