π Spiced Red Tea – A Comforting Blend
There’s something magical about a warm cup of red tea—especially when it’s kissed with spices and herbs. This recipe is one of my personal favorites, perfect for slow mornings or peaceful evenings.
πΏ Ingredients:
- Hot water
- Black tea (loose or in bags)
- Cardamom pods
- Cinnamon sticks
- Fresh mint leaves
- Honey (to taste)
π Instructions:
- In a small teapot or saucepan, add the hot water along with the cardamom, cinnamon, and mint leaves.
- Place over medium heat and allow it to gently boil so the flavors infuse beautifully.
- Once the water starts boiling, lower the heat and add the black tea.
⚠️ Important: Don’t let the tea boil again after adding it—this helps avoid bitterness. - Let it steep for a couple of minutes until it reaches your desired color and strength.
- Strain into your favorite istikanas (small tea glasses).
- Sweeten with honey as desired and enjoy each sip slowly.
This tea is not just a drink—it’s a moment of calm. ✨

I should try it one day!π
